Hey everyone! Season 5 is here and it’s full of great activities, including a unique fair with top-notch guns and 2 Battle Cases with the long-awaited Barracuda and Dragonfire. If there ever was a time to break open that Battle Coin piggy bank, it’s now.
BATTLE COIN RESET
Here’s the deal: from now on, your Battle Coins will not transfer between seasons. You’ll need to gain/spend them in the six weeks that a season lasts.
All that, however, will start happening when Season 5 ends. What about now? Well, the current season is your chance to use the stashed up Battle Coins with maximum efficiency and get the best loot possible. There are two main ways to spend your Battle Coins, so let’s take a closer look at each of them.
BATTLE CASES
The Season features two different Battle Cases: one with Barracuda, and the other with Dragonfire. The advantages of Barracuda are widely known and even used by top-tier esports athletes: it’s a damage-dealing powerhouse that rewards perfect aim and high skill. If you haven’t got this staple in your arsenal, make sure to assemble it! The weapon of the second Battle Cases is Dragonfire: an assault rifle that rips through enemies at close range and also has a chance to deal additional Fire Hazard damage. You know what? We’ll even give Dragonfire one more additional perk before the Battle Cases with it become active. More info on that soon - stay tuned!
THE FAIR
Finally, we come to the most unique feature of Season 5 - the big fair. Battle Coins are intended to help players get rare guns that they missed in special events, and this fair will let you get some of the best weapons in the game. It’ll be a lot like the fair in CORP. WARS: there will be many possible weapons to spin for, and only you decide which one you want. The fair is reset once every 24 hours, so if you’re really stacked on Battle Coins, you can get several weapons during the fair. We’ll also put up a community poll, so you can choose 2 weapons that will be among guns at the fair! Don’t miss this opportunity to get some cool rare items.
IMPORTANT: The fair will feature a total of 8 items, 2 of which will be chosen by a community vote. You can nominate both equipment and weapons. Also, spinning the fairs will be cheaper than usual, so you’ll get more loot for your Battle Coins.
THE COINS
We’ve covered the Battle Cases and the fair where you can spend your coins, but what will happen with your Battle Coins if you do absolutely nothing? In the last moments of Season 5, all Battle Coins remaining on players’ accounts will be automatically converted into Battle Cases. If you get enough Battle Cases to reach the guaranteed gun fragment reward, you get that as well. So it’s really your call what to do with your Battle Coin piggy bank: there’s a ton of great guns and other items that are totally worth having in your arsenal. But even if you decide to do nothing, you’ll still get a hefty bag of rewards (if you’ve got the Battle Coins that is). It’s a win-win situation!
That’s about it. If you’ve got questions and comments, head over to our social media and let’s discuss the new feature!
