Some time ago, we promised you new ways to get Battle Coins. We stand by our word - prepare for the Battle Coin Hunt event!
From October 11 to October 17, you can gain additional Battle Coins and spend them on weapons, equipment, and customization items at the special tab of the game store. But let’s take it one step at a time.
The Rules
Event fights feature some special rules: every eliminated gunslinger drops a special orb, which can be picked up by other players. At the end of the match, all collected orbs get converted to Battle Coins at a 1-to-1 ratio. All the orbs you collect will stay with you no matter what, so even if you get eliminated, you don’t lose any of your personal hard-earned orbs.
Battle Coin Hunt is available to players level 5+. To start playing, open the battle select menu and choose the event fights. All matches are in Team Deathmatch mode and happen on one of the 4 classic Guns of Boom maps:
- Military Warehouse
- Farm
- Construction Site
- Old Factory
The ruleset of event battles differs a little from regular battles. Here is what’s new:
- Event battles do not affect your account stats
- The event does not affect your rating
- You don’t get experience for these matches
On the other hand, some of the classical elements are still intact:
- Completed matches bring you gunbucks and Battle Coins
- You can complete Battle Career challenges and Daily Quests in these battles
- Event matches give you Battle Career experience
Fight, collect orbs from eliminated enemies (and teammates), stack up on Battle Coins, and… spend them on mind-blowing loot!
The Rewards
We’ve created a whole section in the game store dedicated to the event. There, you can spend your Battle Coins on weapon and equipment fragments, as well as on unique cosmetics that we’ve created just for the “Hunt”. Here’s a list of goodies that you can get:
- Weapon fragments (Avalanche, Icebreaker, Matador, Dolores, Barracuda, and Firefly)
- Equipment fragments (Paracelsus, Cheetah, Scorpion, Mustang, Mirage, and E.Y.E.)
- Unique customization (mask, insignia and weapon skin)
Keep in mind that the offers on weapon and equipment fragments at the Store change once every 24 hours. So launch the game every day and don’t miss the item you want most!
Jump into the fight, eliminate opponents, collect orbs, get Battle Coins, and get a new gun (or a helmet, or a mask, or all of the above)!
