• Knives & Daggers perk: throw knives at your enemies at the push of a button. The cool down time of the ability is longer than that of regular knives, and the damage is lower by ~30% as well, however, there is an unlimited amount of knives available.
• Razor unlocks for 1000 fragments and can be upgraded five times at levels 10/16/22/28/34, for 200/300/500/800/1500 fragments, respectively.

If you've got a knack for knives or headgear, you may consider getting this fabulous piece. With a Razor helmet, you get to choose whether you want to use an infinite amount of offensive consumables or be content with a certain number of knives that deal more damage.
